I grew up in Warrnambool, Victoria, where I completed my VCE. My passion for photography began in 2022 when I borrowed a camera from my highschool. Between then and finishing year 12 I spent countless hours with my camera, either at the beach, at my local motorbike track, and especially on the footy sideline.
As my passion for photography grew, I began to find my niche — sports photography. Spending more and more time shooting wherever and whatever I could meant I have been lucky enough to meet many people who also share the same passion for capturing as me, as well as individuals and local clubs who allow me to work with them to capture the action, emotion, and quiet moments within their games. Since picking up a camera for the first time I have achieved a number of things, one of which is having one of my photographs sold to the AFL in 2024, allowing them to advertise the game at a grassroots level. As well as a separate photo winning a local photo competition ran by my local city council in 2023.
As of 2025 I've relocated to Melbourne which means I've been able to endorse myself into the rich culture of AFL, finding myself opportunities to shoot the game across all levels, anywhere from metro and regional leagues, all the way to the highest levels of AFL and VFL, where I have also been lucky enough to work with various VFL teams providing photographs for the club.
